When clicking on a product photo you will be brought to a pop up window displaying further information on the item.  To purchase the item simply click the add to cart  button with your mouse.  You will then see the shopping cart page with your items listed.  On that page please confirm the description, price and quantity matches what you desired.  If there is an inaccuracy click the back option (may say back, previous page or an arrow either on your browser or right clicking on the page.  It will bring you back to the product where you can correct the mistake.  You can also simply delete the item from your shopping cart and try again.  Should you leave out important information such as if the item is available in various colors and there is a color choice menu on the page, you will automatically be shipped the color in the main photo so be careful not to choose the options presented.  If an earring is available in both pierced or clip on and you do not choose one, the default will be pierced.  Most earrings are not available in both options but on a few you will see the option clearly noted with the option drop down menu. Review the items and quantities in your shopping cart before continuing. You will have additional opportunities to do so as well later but better to catch any errors as they occur To browse for more items before checking out, click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the page and you will be re-directed to the item's detail page.  If you are done viewing that item, simply close the window and you can continue browsing other items. Once you are done shopping and have reviewed your "shopping cart", click on the "check-out" button to proceed to the next step.  There is a shopping cart review button on every category page. Add, enter or edit billing and shipping information on this page. It is possible to have multiple addresses saved. Simply select the desired address to continue to the next step. At the Order Review and Shipping Method page, review your order information and choose the desired shipping method from the pull-down menu. Click on the "Place Order" button then credit card authorization will be performed. Your order is now completed. You will see the final page that summarizes your order information. You may want to print it for your records. The order confirmation will also be sent to you via e-mail.

    We accept Mastercard or Visa credit and debit cards as payment for your order.  All credit card transactions are purchased under our legal business name, Tesmur LLC.  Please be aware this is the company name you will see on your credit card statements.  In order to maintain your security, we use a number of safeguards when processing your credit cards.  Credit card numbers, security codes and expiration dates are encrypted once you hit submit and your order is processed.  What this means is no one other then JP Morgan/Chase Bank will have access to your information.  We do not maintain decrypted numbers in our system, nor do we request customers to set up accounts.  We realized it is convenient to have your information stored, however in the interest of your security we have opted not to store such data.

    We also do accept mail orders with moneygrams or personal checks, although no orders will be processed until they have cleared your account.

    Please confirm the credit card information before completing your sale.  If your card is rejected, we will not be able to complete your order.  If the charge has not appeared on your credit card  within 72 hours, the sale did not go through and you will need to resubmit the order.  Be certain you put the same address where you receive the bill for the card in the billing address section.  Watch that you don't accidentally repeat digits, and the the expiration date and 3 digit security code are correct.  Most rejected sales are because of a simple error and not due to unavailable credit.

    We are pleased to ship internationally with United States First Class International Postal Service, although any additional fees or duties imposed by the country you ask us to ship to are your responsibility.

    Returns are only accepted on damaged items.  All orders are inspected upon shipment for quality assurance, so the only damages on items will be as a result of shipping, and claims will be opened with the shipper as a result.  A full description of the damage on the day it was received should be emailed to  Upon approval, a return authorization (RA) number will be provided. Any items returned without a return authorization (RA) number, and a copy of the sales invoice will be discarded. No credits will be applied. The RA should be noted on the return box as well as inside. For damaged returns, please only ship via USPS Priority if you wish to be given credit for shipping costs.
